I went back and read several of your older posts and saw that you were where I am now not too long ago...taking a break (although I don't think I'm going to break too much longer...I love my blog too much). I, too, struggled with depression for a long time...was hospitalized two years ago for it...still fight it from time to time (like now). I feel for you...pain really makes it worse. I so wish you could find something that would help with that foot...I don't know much about RSD so I don't have anything to offer...just lots of cyber-hugs and support. And your kids have gotten so big since I was here last...it has to be over a year since I've been here *kicking self*... Girl!!
